This Privacy Policy explains how United Local Movers (“we”, “us”) and our internal web application “Control Center Workspace” (the “App”, hosted at crm.upvllocalseo.eu) collect, use, and protect information, including data obtained through Google APIs.
Who we are
Control Center Workspace is a private, invite-only business management tool used by our team for tasks, projects, scheduling, and analytics. Access requires an account we create; it is not open to public sign-up.
Information we access via Google
When you connect your Google account, we request only the access needed for the features you use, through Google OAuth. This may include:
- Basic profile and email — to identify your connected Google account.
- Google Calendar (calendar events) — to create and update meetings you schedule in the App inside your own Google Calendar, and to send invitations to attendees you choose.
- Google Drive (files created by the App) — to store and manage documents the App generates on your behalf, limited to files the App creates.
How we use the information
Google user data is used solely to provide the features you request — creating calendar events, sending invites, and storing App-generated files. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Google API Services Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the features you use, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and no humans read your Google data except with your explicit consent, for security or debugging, or as required by law.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is accessible only to authorized members of our team who need it to operate the App.
Data retention and revocation
We retain connected-account tokens only while your Google connection is active. You can revoke the App’s access at any time in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by disconnecting Google inside the App. Revoking access stops further data access; locally stored operational data can be removed on request.
Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS. We follow reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
